Hello Book Friends! I haven’t posted much in the last few weeks due to an illness, I haven’t been 100% since Memorial Day Weekend. The last few weeks it turned into pneumonia so I haven’t read much, watched much tv, or done much of anything. I’m finally getting some energy back and last week I read two new books by Lauren Blakely — Crushing on Him and Scoring With Him. Both are great books and I am excited fo4 the conclusion of Grant and Declan’s story in Winning With Him , due to release on August 6th.  NEW RELEASE BY NATASHA L. BLACK Before I get to the new release, I would like to ask you to pray for one of my adopted nephews (AB3*) as he has surgery this morning on his foot. He is three and a half and unfortunately not his first surgery (tubes prior) but my heart goes out to him  💙 . A few weeks ago, he stepped on a shard of a broken Corelle plate, and it has been stuck in his foot since. If you have ever seen how Corelle plates shatter and spread, you will understand how this happened despite sweeping the floor three times. Why that is happening, I will be entertaining AB4** at his house. He is so cute and cuddly that I am sure we will have a great time playing. Natasha L.  Good morning to all of my book friends!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend and were able to do something fun and/or relaxing. I spent some time with my hubby and we also watched two of our adopted nephews on Sunday, AB3* is 3 1/2 years old and AB4* 1 1/2 years old.  AB4 was being super cuddly which makes this Auntie very happy as he's developing an independent streak at times and won't let me hold him. Hubby worked with AB3 on counting and the alphabet while I got baby cuddles. CAPTIVATING SMALL TOWN ROMANCE I think I may want to live in Silver Island...it seems like a magical place with a great community, friends, family, and laughter.
